DIVERSIFIED INSURANCE GROUP AND WOODRUFF-SAWYER & CO. ANNOUNCE EXECUTIVE LIABILITY STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Diversified Insurance Group and Woodruff-Sawyer & Co. announced today the formation of a special executive liability insurance strategic partnership to provide Directors & Officers liability insurance to public, pre-IPO and large private companies in the Intermountain West.

Earlier this week, Woodruff-Sawyer acquired the Western region direct practice of Carpenter Moore Insurance Services from NASDAQ OMX. Carpenter Moore has been a long-term partner with Diversified Insurance in providing D&O insurance and other executive liability products to Diversified’s clients. The joint venture between Diversified and Woodruff-Sawyer enhances this legacy partnership and provides the framework for expansion of both firms’ executive liability practices.
