In 1989 she moved with her family to Sevenoaks, England to spend a year studying for the Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII ) designation. After returning to the United States she worked initially as a producer for Rollins Hudig Hall but began working on large accounts with Mr. Lawrence Hart primarily dealing with Workers’ Compensation claims to make use of her nursing background. Jane has been with Diversified Insurance Brokers since 1994 working as an account manager on large accounts. Most recently she is specializing in ergonomic program implementation, loss control and claims management for large accounts. Jane started her insurance career as the first Risk Manager of Salt Lake City Corporation. She was responsible for all insurance placements for property, overseeing the self insured workers’ compensation and general liability programs and placement of the employee benefit programs for 2000 employees. During her tenure as Risk Manager she earned the Associate Risk Manager Designation and worked part time as an RN specializing in orthopedics.
