Diane Malin is a certified Human Resource Professional with 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits and Insurance Services. Diane has spent most of her working years on the employer side developing and executing benefit communications, employee education and training, wellness programs, employee handbooks, recognition programs, and other human resource initiatives. Diane has worked for both commercial and public sector employer groups including Okland Construction and Sandy City as a Benefit Specialist.
Jenny has been in the Insurance industry for 15 years. She began her career in the Property and Casualty department with Royal and Reliance Insurance Companies for 7 years. In 2000 she began working on the independent agency side working with commercial, personal lines, marine and aviation accounts. Jenny also worked 2 years in risk management with a large local bottling company.
Amanda Mertin comes to Diversified as an account manager with over 7 years of experience. Her emphasis is in mid-market Commercial and Construction lines of business. Amanda brings with her a level of professionalism and serves clients in an efficient and timely manner. She is experienced in handling a wide variety of customer service issues and is proficient in technology related details. 
Sarah joined Diversified after graduating from BYU and has been instrumental in managing one of our largest accounts. Her sunny disposition and strong technical abilities make her an indispensable part of the Diversified Team. 
Nina brings over four years of experience in the health insurance industry to Diversified and has a great perspective of enthusiasm and innovation. Her main focus is to provide a positive experience for her clients. Nina offers strong knowledge of the various products offered in employee benefits, understanding of compliance and skill in handling escalated issues with a personal touch.
Sean has over 8 years of healthcare industry experience, including large group medical underwriting and employee benefits consulting. He has experience working with clients of all sizes, including large national employers. He is an expert in plan design, underwriting analysis, self-funding evaluation, and benefit strategy. He has excellent technical abilities, including database design/maintenance, financial analysis, and medical experience analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Diversified Benefit Services Group, Sean's career includes a total of 8 years with Mercer Human Resource Consulting in Utah, Towers Perrin in Connecticut, and SelectHealth in Utah.
