Matt is an attorney on staff. He has worked as Risk Manager and as Senior Corporate Counsel at Novell, Inc. His focus at Diversified Insurance is on working with executive management from public and private high-growth companies in the risk management areas of director & officers, employment practices, and intellectual property liability issues in addition to the all other commercial insurance and risk management areas. 
Ramona has been in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry for more than 20 years. Her extensive underwriting background includes United Pacific / Reliance Insurance Company and Great American Insurance Company in both underwriting and underwriting management positions. She formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Utah Chapter of CPCU as the Candidate Development and Recruitment Chairperson. 
Tom is a Senior Account Executive with Diversified Insurance Technology Group, with seven years’ experience as an underwriter for Fireman’s Fund and 24 years involvement in the commercial property and liability insurance brokerage field. Tom’s brokerage career includes a total of eight years with Aon Risk Services and Marsh Risk & Insurance Services. Tom is expert in the critical analysis, design and placement of comprehensive casualty and property insurance programs.
At Diversified Insurance, Jeff is the resident expert in large workers compensation insurance programs with a specific expertise in crafting workers compensation programs for the PEO industry. Jeff has been actively involved in NAPEO since 1993 and currently sits on the Board for Workers’ Compensation Certification Institute. He has also published several articles for the PEO Insider and ProEmp Journal.
