Several local and national carriers have praised Diversified for our unique and thorough organization, both throughout the year and at renewal. We strive to give our clients a remarkable experience; from custom-tailored coverage solutions and exceptional service to advocacy and claims management–we’re with you every step of the way.
Diversified’s Annual Benefits Review is where the strategic planning of custom plan design begins. At the beginning of the benefit year, we will meet with you to start laying out compliance meetings, HR & employee training, data & claims reviews, carrier reviews, system reviews, and plan renewals for the upcoming year—this usually results in us meeting with you and your team every month.
Through our this unique process, there will never be a question as to the next steps on renewal.
You can expect the following topics to be reviewed with you in-depth:
Data Trends and Carrier Performance
In the Data Review and Carrier Performance meetings, Diversified delves deeply into your plan data and carrier benchmarking, using the findings to make changes that can impact group utilization and your bottom line.
Education, Technology, and Administration
We understand that it is vital to keeping things flowing smoothly. Diversified provides ongoing education for your employees, thoroughly vet your HRIS & benefits technology systems, and providing training and ongoing support to your HR department.
Compliance and Service
During our Annual Benefits Review, Diversified will conduct a thorough compliance review of your existing systems and, if necessary, outline the steps to ensure you are compliant. Each year we will also provide you with a Stewardship Report, that to illustrate the services provided, actions taken, and changes implemented to give you a clear roadmap of where we’ve been and where we are headed.
Start, Stop, Keep
As part of the Annual Benefits Review, we utilize our Start, Stop, Keep strategy—meaning what do we want to start, what do we want to stop, and what do we keep in place because it’s working—to layout a comprehensive list of the pros, cons, and costs of any given benefit.
