Diversified’s Annual Benefits Review is where the strategic planning of custom plan design begins. At the beginning of your benefit year, we will meet with you to start laying out compliance meetings, HR & employee training, data & claims reviews, carrier reviews, system reviews, and plan renewals for the upcoming year. Through this proprietary process, there will never be a question as to the next steps on renewal.

During our Annual Benefits Review, Diversified will conduct a thorough compliance review of your existing systems and, if necessary, outline the steps to ensure you are compliant. Each year we will also provide you with a Stewardship Report, that to illustrate the services provided, actions taken, and changes implemented to give you a clear roadmap of where we’ve been and where we are headed.

As part of the Annual Benefits Review, we utilize our Start, Stop, Keep strategy—meaning what do we want to start, what do we want to stop, and what do we keep in place because it’s working. This allows us to layout a comprehensive list of the pros, cons, and costs of any given benefit.
