Diversified has an excellent compliance team that works hard to keep our clients compliant. We meet regularly with our clients on items such as HIPAA, ERISA, and other Federal Benefits Laws to provide training and education.
We also give our clients access to a variety of comprehensive compliance tools, including a compliance calendar, compliance university, a compliance document vault, and custom tools, calculators, and tracking.
Using our Compliance Checklist, Diversified will internally review all Employee Benefits documents for compliance—a thorough understanding of contracts prevents problems down the road. If there is a problem, Diversified will work with you and the carrier to resolution.
Diversified will prepare an ERISA-compliant Wrap Document, including all required disclosures and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs). This service allows for easy distribution and simplifies the Form 5500 filing process.
Form 5500 Filing
During the preparation of the Wrap Document, Diversified will also prepare a signature-ready Form 5500 (and associated schedules A) for all benefits. This process is much simpler than filing a separate Form 5500 for each plan.
