Many health insurance carriers offer wellness programs to groups within their networks. Diversified’s Health & Wellbeing team provides additional oversight, data & health outcome review, and assistance in implementing the resources these programs offer within your company.

Health Program Implementation

Some businesses prefer to implement their own health policy, rather than utilizing a carrier-sponsored program. The Diversified Health & Wellbeing team will help you to design a program that can include a Tobacco Cessation Policy, Diabetes Management Resources, and integrate an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Behavioral Health Management.

Wellness Vendor Partnerships
