Diversified Insurance Group is thrilled to celebrate its 20th Anniversary. In 2001, a group of seasoned insurance professionals came together to form Diversified Insurance Group. Diversified’s growth began in earnest in 2001 when the company purchased the entire Utah-based Aon technology practice. Drawing on the experience of colleagues who came from international brokers, along with those from independent firms, we merged the best of both worlds into an entirely different client service model.
Through this process, Diversified has become uniquely positioned to manage the risk management and benefits needs of high-growth companies. This was the focus of the firm from the beginning and continues to be paramount today. Our model coupled with our ability to outperform the market on price, coverage, and service has resulted in us becoming one of the fastest-growing independent brokers in the country.
The secret to our success lies in our DNA – by putting employees first and focusing intensely on a culture that is highly collaborative and connected, we’ve been able to achieve amazing results for our client partners. We need to thank all employees past and present who have made this possible.
DIG Cares Initiative
To celebrate 20 years as a company, we started the DIG Cares initiative. We are choosing different service organizations each month to serve in the state of Utah.
So far we have had the opportunity to do the following:
- A goods donation drive for the Utah Refugee Connection
- A food drive for Tabitha’s Way Food Pantry
- Campus clean up and landscaping for the YWCA
- Donation drive for the Salt Lake County Animal Services
- Donation drive for Aspen Magdalene House
- Festival setup for the Utah Pride Center
- A Missing Maps event for the Red Cross
