Diversified’s Make-a-Wish event was a highlight for everyone involved. Diversified was lucky enough to throw a wish reveal party for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. It is part of the DIG Cares initiative for 2021. To celebrate 20 years in business, Diversified Insurance is picking one service organization each month to partner with and do a service activity. This month, we partnered with Utah Make A Wish foundation.

Diversified helped Make-A-Wish fulfill Daisy’s wish by hosting a wish reveal party. Daisy is a super cute young woman who loves Criminal Minds. If you’re not familiar with Criminal Minds, it is an American police procedural crime drama television series. The series ran from 2005 to 2020. It follows FBI criminal profilers in the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU).

Diversified coordinated with the local Salt Lake City FBI office and had all of the top officials involved in the event. The Alcatraz “Escape Bus” (like an escape room but mobile), also came to the event and was the first challenge for Daisy and her friends. We also need to thank the building management at South Temple Towers who helped to make it all happen.

Once Daisy arrived onsite, she, along with a dozen of her friends boarded the “Escape Bus” to figure out all of the clues to get out. The FBI’s local tactical force – and super cool tactical vehicle – busted her out. They met all of her friends and family and gave them a tour of the FBI Tactical Vehicle. Daisy, friends, and family then came upstairs to enter the Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) on the 23^rd floor to finish the adventure. From there, they found the suspect and put him in handcuffs, and kicked off the dinner and celebration. Daisy left with fun memories and plans for a hot tub to be delivered to her home.
